On my end, the plugins I used the most ended up becoming automatically sorted after a few uses. If you cannot find sforzando in the list, you can click on 'More Plugins' and then search for 'sforzando' and then click on the star to favorite it. You can close out of it and in your Channel Rack you can add a new plugin.
You can confirm this as new additions will show up as yellow in the list. When here, you can click the 'Find More Plugins' to scan for newly installed plugins (which should pick up the VST's you chose to install via a scan). Once you install sforzando (and the related VST options it provides you with), you want to go to 'Options -> Manage Plugins' at the top bar in FL Studio.
